Pretty Little Thing Grey Boyfriend Coat | Missguided Cream Roll Neck Jumper | Primark Pink Fur Stole (similar here) | Dorothy Perkins Pink Culottes | Dorothy Perkins Grey Peep Toe Boots | Zara Pink Fur Clutch
Firstly I must apologise for my extremely long absence, three weeks is a long time in the blogging world when you have a wardrobe full of clothes you want to photograph and share with everyone, but autumn weather is unpredictable and each time I've got ready to shoot some of the outfits I've put together, I've looked outside and its raining! Such a Pain!
Anyway I thought id kick everything back off with my favourite colour combination, pink & grey. I think the two colours compliment each other so well & in the autumn it allows you to add lighter colours in your wardrobe where you may usually be swayed to darker colours, I love pink so it's nice to be able to mix it into all seasons.
Each year I like to fill my wardrobe with a variety of coats, both lightweight and ones fit for the cold winter months where we can experience snow (even though I pray we for none, I hate driving in it) this Pretty Little Thing boyfriend coat will hopefully take me through a/w as its nice and thick with plenty of room for layers underneath, plus it looks fab with a fur stole, just adds a little something extra don't you think.
The fur stole is an oldy that I picked up from Primark last year but Ive found a fab alternative from Boohoo which I've linked above and also included in my shop the post. I was chuffed when my Zara fur clutch arrived and it matched the fur stole so well, its now a combo that will see my through the a/w months.
I love anything high neck/roll neck so when I was doing a little a/w shop over on the Misguided website this just happened to end up in my basket, it will go with anything as its such a versatile piece so it was a must have.
I know were getting into the colder months now but I still have so much love for culottes and I still have many more to show you, its so nice to buy myself trousers and not have to mess about altering the length. These pink beauties were just £10 in the Dorothy Perkins sale so I just couldn't say no.
Finally the shoes, I love shoes, shoes are usually my favourite part of the outfit as Im a self confessed shoe addict, I just can't help myself when I see shoes I like, I just buy and never regret later! Each year I hunt down grey boots and for some reason fail miserably, everything comes in black and the odd grey pair you find are basically just the best of a bad bunch. BUT this year I found not one but two pairs I absolutely love, this Dorothy Perkins pair which are a low heel and peep toe and a beautiful pair from Zara which are heeled and pointy which I will show you in a future post.
